General School Rules


  1. Regular and punctual attendance is insisted upon. No leaves of absence is given without previous application in written from the guardian. Students who have been absence briefly noted in the regularity record.
  2. Students remaining continuously absent for more than a month without permission are liable to be expelled from the role and readmission needs to be done.
  3. Those who have been absent must show the teacher their regularity record duly counter signed by the principal before.
  4. No student is allowed to leave the school premises accept on the strength of a letter or request from his/her guardian and sanctioned by the principal.
  5. Applications for TC should be made on or before 30th January of every year, failing which no TC will be issued under any circumstances.
  6. Students are responsible for the safe custody of their bodies and belongings.
  7. Any damage to school property should be made good by the student concerned.
  8. Parents and guardians are not allowed to see the children or interview teachers during school hours. However in urgent cases the principal/vice principal may be approach for the same.
  9. Every child is required to take part in compulsory games, physical education and participate in the co-curricular activities of the school.
  10. Students are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct in and out of their school. Pupils are expected to address the teachers and all members of the stuff with due respect and politeness. On their way to and from the school they are expected to behave in a courteous manner.
  11. English should be spoken in the school premises.
  12. Students who's attendance fails short of 85% will not be allowed to appear for the final examination.
  13. Pupils must return after their holidays on the opening day and be present on the closing day of term.
  14. Attendance of all students in all school functions like Republic Day Celebration, Independence Day Function, Annual Sports etc. is compulsory.
  15. All the guardians are adviced to ensure that their wards do not fail to attend such functions except in very special circumstances with prior intimation.
  16. Parents-teacher meeting provide good opportunities for the exchange of ideas suggestions for the improvement of performance of the students both in general and in a particular cases.
  17. It is expected that all the guardians will attend such meetings in the right earnest.
  18. In case of loss/damage of the school diary fresh diary may be obtained by the students on payment of ₹ 80/-.
  19. The students should arrive in the school only around 5 minutes before the bell is rung.
  20. At the sound of the first bell all the students should assemble for prayer after which they should go quietly in the line to their respective classes.
  21. Bringing of art and craft materials by the students according to the class routine is compulsory failing to which marks shall be deducted which evaluating their performances.
